Color of Fashions Headpieces and Accessories Policy

 

 

***There are no refunds all sales are final, only exchanges which are case by case. If items arrive damaged -review policy details  below***

- The item comes damaged you must inform C.O.F within 1-2days of receipt of shipment.

 

​

***Exceptions - Send damaged item to me via USPS with delivery confirmation. I will reorder another headpiece of  same, COF will pay  for the  replacement and shipping for the item to be sent to you***

  ***If you decide what you ordered is not what you want, then you can exchange it by paying 20% restocking fee of total cost of the item, which you will be responsible for shipping cost to ship it back to me.  You can order another item same value or less, which you will be responsible to pay plus shipping.***

 I will send you an invoice of the items you ordered and or replacement which you will review and sign electronically to send back to me.

 

​

When sending the invoice back to me signed electronically, please state in the email that you approve the charges so I can send you a payment notification thru venmo or zelle for payment.

 

​

All payments for headpieces and other accessories will be with Zelle or Venmo.

 

*    Shipping costs will be added on the invoice when placing an order.

*    Shipping and the cost of the item. USPS will be the shipping method  that will be used. COF will pay for the tax

 

​        *    Shipping will be approximately 6 - 9 days.  Once payment is received and registered in                                                    my account, your order will  be processed (order will be placed) and then shipped within a week to ten days.​

*   All items will be shipped to you, unless you book me for your wedding then the item will be sent to me for your big day.  Unless you specify that you would like it shipped to you. 

 

*   If an item(s) are needed to be rushed 2nd or 3rd day, client will be responsible for the the express shipping cost.

***If you purchase a headpiece and you do not book me for your wedding, the client will be responsible for the shipping cost. You will be eligible for the incentives of receiving a free gift ***

​When ordering  50.00  you will receive FREE garter

 

​

When ordering 100.00 you will receive FREE earrings

 

​

When ordering 150.00 and more, you will receive a FREE bracelet and garter.
